Replaceable Paddings to Adjust Size: The FreedConn BM12 features a fully washable and sweat-absorbing lining with additional headgear, keeping the helmet clean and fresh. If the size does not fit well, you can contact the manufacturer to get a larger or smaller size padding. The available sizes range from S (55-56cm) to XXL (63-64cm). Please note that the old version liner cannot be used with the 2024 new EPS BM12 model.

The BM12's lithium polymer battery offers 8-10 hours of continuous song playback and talk time, as well as a standby time of 300 hours. To prolong the battery's service life, it is recommended to charge it regularly, at least once a month, and not to leave it completely plugged in while charging. If the Bluetooth system is not used for an extended period, the battery may enter a deep sleep mode. In this case, simply charge it for about half an hour, unplug, wait another half an hour, and then charge it again to wake it up.
